Product Overview
The Floating Ball Valve is a precision-engineered shut-off valve designed for reliable sealing performance in low to medium pressure applications.
Its floating ball design allows the ball to move slightly toward the downstream seat under pressure, ensuring tight sealing and zero leakage.
Compact, durable, and easy to operate, this valve is widely used in water supply, HVAC, chemical, and general industrial pipelines.

FAQs
1. Which seat does the sealing?
The downstream one. The ball is not fixed in place: line pressure pushes it a small distance toward the downstream seat, and that contact is what gives tight shut-off.
2. Should I choose full bore or reduced bore?
Full bore keeps pressure loss to a minimum and lets the flow pass without restriction. Reduced bore gives a smaller, lighter valve and suits lines where flow capacity is less critical. Choose according to your flow requirement.
3. What is the difference between PTFE and RPTFE seats?
RPTFE is reinforced PTFE, so it resists deformation under load better than standard PTFE, which is softer. If your valve will see high pressure or frequent cycling, tell us and we will advise on the better choice.
4. How does it compare with your other ball valves?
The Brass Ball Valve is threaded and covers up to DN100 at PN10/PN16, while this valve is flanged, DN50–DN200, Class 150. The Three-Piece Ball Valve is also worth comparing if you are weighing different body designs.
